CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

When orders come in, we work speedily with our fulfillment partners to get the items picked, packed and delivered to you as soon as possible. As such, we are unable to accommodate any changes to orders after they have been placed online. We encourage you to kindly review your items prior to checking out to make sure they’re definitely what you’re after!

If you have made a mistake in the recipient delivery details and need it changed, please send a Whatsapp message to us ASAP so we can have this updated for you prior to dispatch.

*Please kindly note that a 3% transaction fee will be administered for payments made via credit cards. We strive to deliver products to you at the best prices possible. Credit card payment platforms often charge pretty hefty fees, which is beyond what we can sustainably bear at this startup stage of our business. We don’t charge any fees for payment via PayNow, so do consider that option if possible. We truly value and appreciate your understanding and support in this!

WHAT’S YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY LIKE?

1. Angel’s Share processes and ships orders from Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Enjoy day-after delivery* for all online orders placed by 2pm SGT.

    • For example, order on a Monday by 2pm, and receive your items on Wednesday. Order on a Thursday by 2pm, and receive it on Saturday!
    • Kindly note that any orders after 2pm will be fulfilled on the 3rd business day. 
    • Planning a gift in advance or prefer your items delivered on a specific date? No worries, just indicate your preferred date at checkout. (:
    • *Excludes Sundays and public holidays.

3. FREE delivery on all orders $200 and up.

4. For orders below $200, a flat $15 shipping fee applies.

Please note that while we do our utmost to get your order to you on time, unforeseen external delays may occur in delivery. We’ll aim to notify you when that happens and we definitely appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve it!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT’S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Due to the nature of these products, returns are generally not allowed except under specific circumstances, which we will review on a case-by-case basis.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

We understand that regardless of the utmost care we give to all our products, there may be occasions where a return is required due to circumstances beyond our direct control.

Returns are permitted if the items were delivered to the customer incorrectly and these should be reported to us within one (1) working day of delivery. The returned goods must be the same goods as those supplied, no substitutions are permitted. Goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were supplied.
